Description<\/u><\/strong>:\u00a0<\/strong>Together we will learn how to make the most of classroom interactions. We will discuss teacher\u2019s ability to \u201cknow\u201d what effective interactions are; why they matter; \u201csee\u201d effective interactions needed to build self-awareness, and \u201cdo\u201d by practicing effective strategies.<\/p>\n

This is a Hybrid course please see below schedule for those additional sessions virtual\/in-person.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Follow-up Session Dates: (all times are 6:30 to 8:30 P.M. with the exception of Session 6A & 6B which takes place from 9 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.)<\/p>\n

The first of 12 sessions is Saturday February 8,<\/span>\u00a09:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. In-Person<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Participants should plan to arrive by 6:20 p.m. to sign-in and get settled in so the class can begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. Dates are subject to change. If changes occur, participants will be notified as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

Expectations:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Please bring your CGC manual to each session. Feel free to also bring a snack or a drink. Vending machines are available. Come ready to learn and have fun doing it.<\/p>\n

Make-up Policy<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

If a participant misses a session, there will only be one chance to make it up. That date will be announced during the 10th<\/sup> session. If the opportunity for make-up is missed, then the participant may have to attend a session that is offered by other Coalitions. The contact information for the other Coalitions will be provided, and it will be up to the participant to contact that Coalition to make arrangements to attend. It is up to the other Coalition to determine if there is space available.<\/p>\n
